Amazing service 10 day claim processed and resolved

Firstly I would like to say I have been a loyal client for the past 4 to 5 years with King price

27 May 2022 - I was involved in an accident. My car was towed away by a very helpful tow truck driver named Cameron, who was first on the scene and arranged an ambulance within minutes and got full authorization to tow my car and he assisted me while I was hurt until the ambulance arrived. I received a confirmation email that my car had reached the yard safely. That gave me peace of mind

28 May 2022 - I contacted King Price and I started the process of logging my claim with Basetsana Segage. She was very sympathetic and helpful throughout the claim process. A claim CKP***/4 was logged and all the details were provided.

30 May 2022 - I received an email stating my car will be assessed on the 31 May 2022

31 May 2022 – Neville Minne who was the assessor called me to advise me of the bad news that my car was written off. he was also very sympathetic and also remembered, my car from 3 years ago when I had an issue with it. He was clear and made me feel comfortable about how he came to that decision. He did a very good job on the assessment with pictures and send me a full breakdown via email of all the damages and costs that the car needed.

1 June 2022 – I was advised that they had requested the bank settlement and that could take up to 3 days

6 June 2022 – I sent through all the banking documents to speed up the process

7 June 2022 - I received an email stating my claim is all wrapped up. I also received a call to find out if I am ok and informing me they are removing that car that was in an accident of my policy so I don’t have to pay for it.

8 June 2022 – An email has received that payment for my car was requested

9 June 2022 – Email confirmation received that I will get the money within 4 working days. Basetsana Segage also assisted me to arrange to go say bye to my car for the last time and remove the rims on the car. I went to Gobid and the people there were also very friendly and even helped me take all 4 tires off and replace them with the standard steelies.

10 June 2022 – Amount successfully paid into my account

Basetsana Segage is a true asset to king price and went out of her way to assist me in the least possible time. I must say many people say king price doesn’t come to the party when its time to claim, but I have to say King price has given me legendary service all the time, and the fact that every time I called claims I got to speak to the same person, I never had any issues of people hanging up or not calling me back, in fact when I did request a callback, I got called back in 2 seconds, which is amazing service all round from King price. I was stressed about my car and King's price made the whole process smooth and efficient. The whole process from start to end with King price took 10 working days, and that is what you call excellent service. I will always recommend King Price to my friends and family as I always do.

A special thanks to Dane Govender also who assisted me with taking out insurance on my wife's new car. He provided us with amazing service and went the extra mile for us by calling the dealership and asking them questions about the vehicle which we didn’t even know. He is very friendly and makes you feel assured that you are doing the right thing and is very friendly and helpful. We will be getting in touch with him again for any other products or cars we may need in the future.
