Amazing on scene assistance
I got into a terrible accident on the 29th of March 2024. I called into my insurance for assistance and was assisted by Tlotlo Mogotsi. Firstly Tlotlo was so compassionate and caring, she made me feel like I was calling in to a family member for assistance. She assisted me with the towing of my vehicle, what should I do on the scene. In addition she arranged someone to sit and wait with me so that I felt safe. Lastly Tlotlo also ensured that I was driven home safely. Words cannot even describe how amazing Tlotlo was. I am forever grateful to her. Tlotlo from the depths of my heart I would like to say thank you a billion times.

She followed up timeously and gave me clear direction and assistance throughout the claims process. The efficiency and high calibre service given by all King Price staff members has really made me proud of being associated with this insurance company.
