Amazing Customer Service - Thanks Pieter Kruger

What an amazing experience. I had an issue with my debit orders, I requested a call back using the King Price App. On Wednesday evening (10 March 2021) I receive a call from Pieter Kruger to assist me. He was friendly and helpful from the word go. And I received assistance in Afrikaans (What a Treat). Within 5mins Pieter had determined what had gone wrong with my debit order, he requested a refund on my behalf and changed my debit order date. Thursday morning (11 March 2021) I receive a call from Pieter to advice that my refund had been approved and would be paid on the same day. Within a matter of 14hours Pieter had sorted out my problem. This is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pieter you are an amazing person, you were friendly, helpful and absolutely went above and beyond. THANK YOU Pieter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
