Amazing client care

Patricia Themba is probably the best client care consultant I have dealt with ever in any industry. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. She has a lot of patience and explains clearly, showing the client on their policy document, where items are covered. I have not left a call with her wondering what is going on. She understands how to make a customer feel at ease and confident in their policy and the terms thereof. And she is genuinely a nice person.
