I dread phoning insurance companies due to the amount of time spend supplying feedback and answering questions. <br> The excitement of buying a new car is always overshadowed by arranging the insurance on the new vehicle.<br> It's question on question and explanation on explanation. And usually you get someone who is there but not really there. Half of the time, you can't hear what they are saying and you have to repeat yourself to a stage of wanting to cancel the call. <br> So, on a Friday afternoon (what was I thinking!) I made the call and was pleasantly surprised by the greeting and service on the other end.<br> Amanda was helpful and friendly from the word go. She was efficient and did not waste my time.<br> Thank you Amanda!
