Always ready with excuses when it comes to claimin
According to the consultant we responsible for the incorrect nails used on the roof causing it to leak. So seems we need to be builders as well now to ensure correct nails are used.<br> That is their excuse for not paying, and ofcourse because we did not paint the roof, the paint would have avoided the roof from leaking.<br> Such a waste of time and energy to argue, so just be aware when you claiming this is the nonsense you going to have to endure

The report received from the independent assessor shows that the *****s on your roof are deteriorated/worn to the point that they have started to lift causing the roof to leak. The \paint \" you refer to is actually water proofing which has an extremely important function and assists in stopping roof leaks if app**** properly and frequently. Regrettably the policy does not cover wear and tear or maintenance hence we are unable to assist in this instance.
