Alusani Mashamba randomly called me to see if everything is still fine with my policy etc. To be honest I was quite surprised to get a call just checking if I am still happy and if require any changes to my plan or any assistance for that matter. Turns out I actually did have an issue which needed to be sorted out. I let her know my concern and immediately she tried to resolve it. Turns out it would take longer than the initial call as the change needed approvals. Alusani kept in contact with me through the entire process, she must've called me 4 times over a period of 3 hours after the initial call just to let me know what's going on and it will be sorted out today still. Needless to say, IT WAS DONE! Really great service from her and she is a good representative to kingprice. Top notch service!
