Almost cancelled the policy due to lack of experience

Had a wonderful and informative call with a vibrant and polite lady Amara & Sybrand Pelser. I have not received such service from a company prior and I am truely appreciative to have the chance to be apart of such a company, if this is the service an undecided stranger can receive, I look forward to seeing how they manage to out do themselves in the future as I shall more than likely be staying within their coverage happily. Many thanks for the informative chat and clearification given to me by you guys (& extremely polite lady) I definitely have to find a way to reciprocate the wonderful experience!
