Almost a week and no assessment plus King Price doesn't know where my car is stored/kept!

I had an accident on 12 June 2018 and my car was towed to Edenvale by the service provider. The assessment was to be done within 48hrs and it is the 18th of June 2018, toady. The assessment is still not done. To top it, King Price doesn't know where my car is when I called this morning! I received an alarm from tracker that my car is being towed away. It was moved and shortly after the move, it was driven for 20km within 3 minutes according to my tracker report. At what speed were they traveling and why the car was driven?! It is just alarming that King Price instructed for the car to be moved but there are no details on their system!
