I wrote to an email I found on the net, I needed some information about what it is that was need and what it is that I should do when I needed to file a third party claim. And WOW!! Damn!!! OMG!! This lady replies, and on top of her replying she was never impatient with me. I mean @ first I told her just the scenario and she advised, and then I told her I don't have all the info she needs and she still advised, she called me later and I told her the whole story and she assisted me, with no short breath and no *I'm getting impatient now*, I mean never have I ever gotten this kind of assistance from anyone, personal and professional, and all of a sudden BAAAMMM!!!!, Marissa Yssel my Luck streak.
