All I needed was a Quotation not to be debited
In October I called King Price Insurance to request a quotation for my vehicles insurance, I ended up not taking up the insurance and opted to go with Miway as their premiums were reasonable. Come end of October 2015 a debit order came off my bank account, I immediately visited my bank to reverse the transaction and called King Price Insurance to stop debiting my account, the agent assured me the debit orders will stop running.<br> <br> Come end of November 2015 another debit order came off my account and at this point in time I didn't have sufficient funds in my account and my bank penalized me R115 for the returned debit order, I called King Price again to stop debiting my account again the agent I spoke to assured me the debit will stop running. In January 2016 a debit order ran off my account again and still didn't have funds in my account for that debit order so my bank penalized me R115.<br> <br> What do I need to do stop King Price Insurance to stop debiting my account and to be refunded the R230 that my bank penalized me for?
