All claims declined

I Have been with King Price for 13 months. Had 2 claims in the last 2 months. One for my roof and ceiling after heavy rain over the winter - they did not cover the repair work , because they said its wear and tear. Last week my dishwasher broke - same response again. "wear and tear" for every claim. My dishwasher was 3 years old. Anyways not happy with the service and cancelled my insurance.
