After submitting a request on their live chat on their Website, I received a call within minutes of confirmation of the request on the chat. I received a call from Alister Perumal who was very professional and was very helpful in assisting me with my request during this COVID-19 lockdown situation. Once the call had ended I received an sms and email as mention by Alister Perumal within seconds of ending the call.
