Albeit the not-so-smart emergency line that *requires* airtime, the service I received from King Price for roadside assistance was perfect. Tlotlo was very friendly and kept me calm throughout the situation, and she kept reassuring me that help is on the way. The roadside assistant they sent, an AA employee, was also very calm, reassuring and quite funny. We have been insured with King Price for many years and this was my first road-side assist emergency, and I am very happy with the service.
