Again a let down
<p>Once again we have been let down by King Price. Firstly after our premiums went up by over 20% at our annual increase my husband called as he had a claim to be lodged. We then were told that certain info was missing such as a household alarm and tracking system and that they could reduce our premium!!! This info was RECORDED and provided on initial sign up so were we then w********** with higher premiums for a year? Your calls are recorded. The above claim was lodged, the lady who crashed into my husband admitted guilt and provided all her personal and insurance details in order for us to smooth tje process of hetying our access back. The claim was lodged mid July it is now Sep and we have had no communication as to why our excess has not been paid back to us nor where we are in the process. Marissa Botes has just giben excuses upon excuse. Time to change as just too many issues with King Price! No thanks!!!</p>

As per our telephonic discussion concerning the recovery of your excess we note that you have been contacted and the recovery process was explained to you. We further wish to advise that our legal department has sent the relevant paperwork through to the 3rd parties insurer and we are awaiting feedback. As this is a legal proceeding it can take between 30 days or a year dependant on the case.
Rest assusred we will try our utmost best to recover the excess for you however the recovery is not guaranteed. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
