After how many years conveniently now I don't exist on your system? Terrible service.
This will be the final nail in the coffin regarding the other existing policy. This policy is set to lapse tomorrow and now there is no record of me nor can your call center assist with an emergency. You are in breach of the existing contract and I will make sure you bear the costs for this incident by getting the Ombud involved. You can expect a cancellation of the other policy to follow.
