After having home insurance for 20years prior, King Price is rate my worst insurance company, the managerial staff show lack of assurance and vague promises, *****ulent use of service assessment who donot calculate like for like goods. Disgraceful settlement amounts based on online no stock items and poor quality and item sizes. Despite requesting senior team members to intervention, still lost in understanding and addressing issues. Won't return calls nor honour their BRAND LOYALTY, Instead poor image evaluation and quality, non transparent and trustworthy managerial styles. The worst decision I ever made to use them...
