After fantastic service, they didn’t do what that promised to do

After fantastic service, they didn’t do what that promised to do. They changed my debit order details but still charged the old account that has no funds, resulting in a failed debit order and a R105 fee that I must pay! After calling in to sort this out, they resort back to 3rd world tactics saying they need to wait on the system before they can assist me! Not impressed!!!
