After a tiring day at work, I remembered to request a call back from King Price regarding my annual increase that's due month end for my car insurance. Literally within 2 seconds of pressing the call back button on the KP app, my phone rang and immediately I had someone on the line to assist me. Nthabiseng Ramano, listened to me and without any debate or questions I was granted a substantial discount on my premium.
