Administration Nightmare

I had an accident in October 2017, to date I still do not have my car in my possession..... 4 whole months. I have been sending emails on ********** insurance and nobody has gotten back to me.

On my last complaint on this website, I received a call to address some of the issues raised, except the issue on payment of the excess amount for repairs of my car. I have been using public transport for 4 months now yet there is still no sense of urgency on the part of King Price Insurance to resolve this claim.
