administration fees

I am very angry with this insurance and their agents. We bought insurance in February 2015 then cancelled it in March. Now what bothers me is that the insurance in on my wifes name and the debit orders and so on. Soon after we took the insurance, I got a call from a person who I have come to realise now to be an agent. To cut this short, my account was also debited R890 on top of the montly premium my wife is paying. I called in to ask question and again a certain lady said she will get back to me until today no response. I have reversed the payment since and to my shock, the has been an attempt to debit again this morning which left my account on a minus. This is ***** as I never requested a service from an agent as I could talk to King Price directly. This has left me very angry and am still waiting for explaination.
