Good Day,

I would just like to send a big Thank You to Adele de Vries, she contacted me with regards to my policy. Initially, I was not happy with my premium since there where other insurers out there which where quoting me alot cheaper than I currently paying.

After a long and tiring day, no one wishes to here a retentions call from a call centre, but Adele de Vries, made my day, other than just dropping my premium, she was friendly, bubbly and even made me smile after my day.
