Achieving Service Excellence is so rare now a days but Lianka Venter did just that.
I was assisted by Lianka Venter where she has once again spoiled me with service excellence. Over the years I have come to expect the average to bad service levels from call centre personal but King Price as always delivered when it comes to service excellence. Keep it up! you made my day!
