Account debited for no reason

I do not like to always refer to Hellopeter.com, but after 1 phone call, 2 emails and 4 days later, as your customer I would expect a response!!!<br> <br> You debited my account in the middle of the month for no apparent reason as my payments where up to date. Now my account is overdrawn and no one has bothered to give me any details.<br> <br> I little concerning as this is only my second month with you.....wonder what lays for the future??
