Accident Damage Claim - Success Story

My wife had the unfortunate luck of being involved in a bumper bash (not her fault as someone rear-ended our vehicle).

I logged the claim on the King Price app and am happy to note how easy it was to capture. The only reason why this doesn't have a 5 star rating is that it took about a week and a half for anyone to contact me - damage to our vehicle was not so bad as to make the vehicle undrivable (and I stated as such on the app) so this could possibly be why the process wasn't kicked off within a day or two - didn't bother me too much either as my wife was OK and the vehicle wasn't a write-off.

He was excited to handle my claim - honestly have not had someone come across as interested and as amped to be doing his job as Thabiso in a long time. Couple of days later I had completed the assessment with their partner body shop and Thabiso informed me the claim was successful.
