Accident Claim rejected

On the 19 July 2017 was involved in car accident on M1 North around 11H50,where was avoiding a certain car coming into my lane and i ended up accidentally bumping someone at the back bumper. The car was towed by Kingprice my insurance and was attended well where was given a courtesy car after 2days of login a claim. I have been making a follow up weekly,the response from kingprice were still busy with claim. On the 15 August 2017 i made a follow via telephonically and they promised to come to me.

Around 11H58 the guy named Emile Nel phoned me ,confirmed he was assisting the official who was initially delegated to me. He asked me that there is material misrepresantation-non disclosure that on the 22 April 2016 was involved in accident that i never disclosed. On my side i slept my mind as i further explained that a certain person bumped me at the back of the car"Bumper" and i phoned my previous insurance for advise and they advised me that the 3rd party must take care of the cost as it was almost my access. My claim got rejected of this human error and i did not believe it as it was 1st time to do accident. I am still not believe it on this outcome.
