Accident claim not fulfilled , unable to get feedback.
Had a accident claim from king price and was unable to pay excess due to retrenchment, the 3rd party was unable to pay and was unreachable, they advised me it would take 90 days before my claim would expire, I have then requested them to pay me cash in lieu as I would need to get a quotation from one of their repairers who is an authorized king price panel beater, I’ve been waiting for a list of repairers so I can get a quote and be paid out for this job so I may fix my vehicle , my vehicle does not even lock as the boot is damaged due to the accident.
