Accident Claim

I had an accident a few weeks back and collided with 2 Animals - Donkeys.<br> <br> Immediately I informed King Price and they arranged a tow back for me. After the bakkie has been picked up they moved my bakkie though to Mokopane Panel beaters where the Assessor decided that my bakkie was a right off and can not be repaired.<br> <br> Ever since King price refuse to give me feedback regarding my claim and King price reveals now that accordingly to my profile I have **** about my years at Insurance companies. They are phoning every single insurance company out there and check if I was covered with them.<br> <br> All my monthly instalments are up to date and never had an entire claim in my life. This is my first major claim.<br> <br> I feel that from the first day King Price was eager to sell good insurance but the after sales service is terrible from their site. They don`t supply me feedback regarding my claim and I need to phone them every single day to assist me with my claim.<br> <br> I have send various emails through to King Price for the hold up of the claim and still until today no one responded back to me. <br> <br> I feel that if you are covered with someone they must assist you in your need.
