Absolute Terrible Service!!!!

My claim CKP***/1 has been approved however my unit is yet to be delivered, it has been more than the 3 days I was told to wait for. Chane Hartzenburg from Hatfield Repair Center is very *********** and unprofessional. Firstly she tells me that she cannot deliver my unit to my address as my area is "dangerous", I agree to meet up with her at different location out of desperation and she still doesn't honour the agreement. I have to constantly follow up with her, there is no communication from her end. It's as if she doesn't care about the inconvenience she is causing. This is by far the worst service I've ever received. I urgently need my unit, King Price call this woman and get her to deliver my unit today!
