Aaliyah did an outstanding job

Aaliyah did an outstanding job. She was thorough and very patient. She listened questions and responded with patients and kindness in her voice, to all my questions. I do have a concern about the people in the background. They were talking and laughing very loudly and this cause me not to hear some thing that were said and she often had to repeat herself.
