A Wonderful World of the Oppressed!

I would like to tell you a funny story of how one consultant refused to cancel my policy. The story begins on Wednesday 18 April 2018. A vibrant young man got a phone call from a King Price Insurance consultant offering him vehicle insurance. The consultant asked the young man a few questions, the conversation lasted approximately 20 to 30 mins. The consultant offered the young man three (3) quotations, in which the young man chose the option of paying R2000 premiums with an Access of R4500. The consultant proceeded to send the policy schedule to the young man with a policy number and the likes. The following day, 19 April 2018, the very same consultant called the young man to help facilitate cancelling the current vehicle insurance the young man has. The consultant transferred the young man to another consultant who started by asking the very same questions the consultant from yesterday. I answered the questions diligently and my quotation changed, which is perfectly fine. I rejected the offer because I am an understanding individual. Mind you I'm short tempered though so this is a big deal. Anyway, after telling this second man that I want to cancel, he then transferred me to SAMANTHA...OOOOOOOH lord have mercy is that woman aggressive. Not only did she completely refuse to cancel the already in effect policy, she insulted me with this question "Am I of sound mind?". Yeses! Yeses! Sound mind?! Sound MIND?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!... I just wanted to cancel the policy :(. Is that so wrong? Yazini, she completely refused. That is when I actually lost my mind. I was thinking to myself, lomntwana ungijwayela kabi, yeses maan. Why did she refuse to cancel the policy? Long story short, King Price ended up debiting money they don't deserve for a cover I wanted to cancel but was completely refused. I never complained, I simply reversed the money, however, I asked politely that you do not call me ever again. So why am I here? you *******s called me to offer me a policy...brought back the terrible memories. You're ****ing me off man. Stop calling me. Remove my number from your system. Voetsek!
