A (temporary?) dissatisfied client

I also hope to be able to write a positive review on King Price, but at this moment my claim is an ORDEAL. I am out of country and furnished the ‘claims commander’ with my international number at which I can be reached. For me to call King Price, go through all the waiting on the line just to end up with anyone but the chap who is handling my claim is counter productive and expensive. I am sad to say that the response that I got from the agent that handles my claim was : “Dit gaan redelik moeilik wees om u oorsee te s***el” and also a (reasonable) request that I appoint someone to handle the claim on my behalf. This does not take away from my frustration. I need to speak to someone personally. What is so difficult to phone me in another country considering that I have religiously paid monthly R 1400 premium for over 2 years now ?
