A Struggle to get your claim approved even if you are not at fault.
Struggle to get my claim approved after the claim being approved they take my brand new car to a non vw approved panel beater and the panel beater did not fix my car properly and I fight with them until i give my car was keep on going back over and over again, I ended up removing all my cars fro king price i'll never insure anything with them and i also hate that once your car reach 100 000 they fix your car with after market parts.
