A stern warning to use a different insurance provider.

After my now late father passed on, we found out his insurer was king price. we filed a claim and it was all down hill from there. They harassed us for documents which were impossible to get from government and even closed our claim. it was quite obvious they wanted to decline the claim when they started asking us for bank statements and made an accusation that my deceased father was drunk because he purchased alcohol the same month he passed. after the autopsy disproved that, Mr Dirk Human just stopped taking our calls completely. i would not recommend this insurer to anyone.
