A sad end with a great insurance provider

I would like to pass on a special thanks to Michael Venter who assisted me on behalf of King Price Insurance. I have made the tough decision to cancel my policy after years of service. However, I highly appreciated the effort that Michael took in trying to save the relationship. He has amazing rapport skills and if it was not for the difference in premium and excess. I would have continued with my policy.
