A Royal service!
Customer service excellence from a royal duo. Nobukhosibake and Juliet made my crisis into a gentle Sunday picnic when they made every effort to keep me informed and acted swiftly to resolve it. I was safe and on my way in a short time. Thank you to a great team and my two guardian angels.
