A Royal Flush!

On 23rd December I received a call from Byron September shortly after sending an emaill to the claims department about a premium refund due to me after my car was written off in an accident. Byron went through the whole policy with me, removed the said vehicle, quoted the refund amount, gave an estimation of when the money will be reflected in my bank account and did another telephone follow up to confirm again that all is processed. This young man was so professional and friendly and made the whole process effortless. His jokes was a breath of fresh air and it is because of people like him and Ethan and Rodney who are so respectful when dealing with us customers that I am staying with King Price Insurance because it is only when you need to claim or request a refund that you realise the kind of insurer you have chosen. Congrats King Price you are absolutely ROYAL in making good investment in your people. Byron.....thank you very much for making my day royal!
