Dear All

Called in to King Price and spoke to a lady Sherice Stone who has provided the most awesome service I ever received from King Price.

I have received good service from King Price in the past however Sherice went over and above her normal commitment to providing great client service. She attended to my requests and even took the time calling me back as promised. She apologised for the unprofessionalism in having to call me back due to technical unforeseen circumstances.

She tried retaining me as a client with King Price even though the sad reasons for me leaving is because I no longer own a vehicle. Sherice kept me informed on the progress of my refund and I even received an sms notification 10 minutes after I have spoken to her. I was even promised that should my debit order still be deducted from my account due to the late cancellation I can always make contact with her and she will have this sorted in no time.

Sherice went over and above and the extra mile to offer me alternate insurance products to retain me as client. I would definitely come back to King Price soon, without a doubt.

Her willingness to assist me is motivation to carry on the World Class Service Way. I would recommend Sherice Stone for any acknowledgment and employee recognition in any way possible because Sherice is the face of King Price great customer service. A queen in the palace.
