A note about Laurette ****samy

My dealings with Laurette today were stellar, she went the extra mile in assisting with my application, she is passionate about her job and was a joy to interact with. In doing the application I did not have all the new house facts in order, she was kind enough and was not bothered with me having to go and get all my facts regarding the house; on top of this she was very punctual, calling back in said times to check back if I had gotten all the details I needed. She is well spoken, mild mannered and an Asset to the KingPrice team, if I had a choice, I would liaise with her every time. Hope she sees this somehow, Laurette - you're an absolute star!
