A memorable call with Eureka

I was very happy and relieved to receive a call from Eureka Monageng last week to put my mind at ease after King Price just put me on hold on several calls. I tried to query the closure of a claim re an incident with my car. I was very emotional especially in the light of not earning at the moment because of the Lockdown. All the other consultants surely did not know how to deal with me in my state, but Eureka had just the right touch and people s****s to calm me and give me perspective on the matter. I am very much heartened to have had a very human and reconcilliatory conversation with Eureka who resolved my anxiety.
