A king to a Pawn

Very disappointed by King Price Insurance.

I have been with you guys for years never made a claim in my whole life and yet every year my decrease is blown away like clockwork. I get an email stating a price increase and I can't do anything about it.

Now my Polo is getting on in years and its value is decreasing daily but I look after it as it is all I have. Making matters worse with my diagnosis of cancer I had to make a lot of financial changes and I am buried in debt to fight it. The one thing I should not need to stress about is my insurance and yet here I am at my witts end writing this review.

King Price you guys state the following on your website. ''Car insurance premiums that decrease monthly'' is this a joke? or simply a lie? I would rather just pay an amount that does not change for a few years than have to deal with this yearly.

I canceled my insurance today being told things that simply have no bearing on my lifestyle and that of my car. The message I got sent by you guys was like a stab wound. ''Sorry to see you go'' More like we don't care. Good riddance.

I would have liked to continue being insured by you, but it really feels to me like I am more of a pawn than a king.
