A horrible experience in trying to claim.

Our cars tire burst and ended up causing damage to the back as we spun out and the back hit the barrier the left axel was damaged and tire in the front, kingPrice service was horrific, they treated us like absolute ********s, the staff were incredibly rude, considering this was not an accident, they took almost 3 months to pay out, they went and questioned every restaurant we were at that day, and found every possible way not to pay out.

Once they did payout they refused to fix the back as they say it’s pre-existing damage but the car is brand-new. This damage was during the incident. They then tripled our premium before paying out.

We ended up getting a quote with a new insurance provider which was cheaper than we were originally paying prior to the incident.

I do not recommend king price as they are horrible with paying out, and their staff is *********** and very unfriendly.
