I received an email from King Price earlier this week about an increase in my premiums. I asked them to give me a call and Prince Musa called me.

What a pleasant conversation I had with him. I was ready to cancel my insurance and move to another provider, but he managed to explain to me that there is no need to worry and the email I received didn't necessarily mean my premiums are increasing.

Thank you Musa mntase for the wonderful courtesy call you gave me. Because of you I will remain with King Price.
