A Disastrous and Stressful Experience with King Price Insurance

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. My vehicle was with the repairer from October 2024 until now, February 2025—over three months—and I only received it back this week. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out and stressful ordeal, filled with constant excuses and avoidable mistakes, including ordering incorrect parts and losing my lock nut...etc.

Despite my repeated complaints, the company has failed to respond to my emails or take accountability for their poor service. Instead, they left me to deal with the panel beater, who continuously got things wrong and delivered substandard workmanship. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they refused to write off my vehicle despite the extensive damage and ongoing issues, leaving me questioning whether my car is even safe to drive.

This company does not value its customers, does not take responsibility for its failures, and provides shockingly poor service. I strongly advise against using them if you want a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience.
