A call that made my morning
Nthabiseng Ramano is the best :) I got a call to review my details and I changed my work address, at the end of the call my premiums had increased and I couldn't get a clear explanation so I was unhappy because the new address was safer than the previous place. Yesterday morning I got a call from Nthabiseng who went through my policy with precision and explained why premiums can go up even in safer looking places. And then I got a discount and my premiums were better than before, this call made my morning.
