A bogus insurance company

<p>Hi my name is Kelebogile Makgatle and here's my problem: I had an accident on the 3rd October 2017, a woman by the name of Lisa bumped my car from the back, on a robot so we reported the incident at honeydew police station and she gave me her details including her insurance contacts. So on the 2nd and 3rd November 2017 I called the king prize insurance number which is ***, I was sent from pillar to post. I felt like nobody wanted to listen to my case. They kept on transferring me until they hang up the phone. The last consultant took my contact number and I never received a call from them. Up until today I've realised that they are eally unreliable, I've never claimed from an insurance before and I wanted to get info on how it works if I had to send my car quickly to a panelshop to get it Fixed as soon as possible, you know what's the procedure because I use the car to go to work as I work shifts. Lisa the lady who bumped me gave me all her relevant details so now then comes useless car insurance, refusing to help me I know after assessing the vehicle they will say they are not fixing my car because its been long I've had those stories from people.
