8 months later claim still not finalized. Shocking!!!!!

Please be very careful with this insurance company. My car was ****** 13 Oct 2017 and recovered the same day. I got my car back mid December 2017 with a malfunctioning gearbox and a new radio that doesn't work. King Price was not keen on fixing this subsequently the car was unused for the whole of december. I started using when I came back from holiday and the gearbox ultimately broke down 26 Jan 2018. I only recieved the car back towards the end of march 2018. I had to make more than 50 calls to date to find out what the progress is. I did not get any calls from King Price. It is 8 months later and I'm still phoning them to have my radio fixed. I know they gonna come back and say how sorry they are and if I cam give them my claim number to follow up (claim number CKP ********** /1) . They not sorry and its shocking that I have to make calls at my own expense to have this sorted. Do not trust this company because they do not treat you like royalty.
