8 days still my phone is not repaired

Took my phone for repairs last week on Thursday, Smartlab promised to fix my phone in 24 - 48 hours because its only screen and back replacement. i called on monday and i was told all is well and the parts are available. Today when i call, i am being told that there are still waiting for parts and do not know when the parts will arrive. its frustrating to not have a phone, Iphone uses a nano sim card which cannot be used on any other phone. I also do not have a spare iphone. so i am stuck not having a phone missing important calls. kindly reply to my email adrs [Email Removed] because i dont have a PHONE.
