Logged a claim on the 23rd of September and provided all information provided after a hit and run incident . it is now the 7th October and only now I'm being asked for Tracker trip report . I'm constantly trying to follow up for updated which I get delayed responses , sometimes even asking for the documentation I had already provided . I have never experienced anything this disappointing from an insurance company. What does a 30 day tracker report have to do with a hit and run incident ? This is not even mentioned on the policy schedule . The delays even after the assessor had sent through the report and advised that the car will be booked in soon after ... YET NOTHING
