5 weeks for claim process alone.
I have been waiting for 5 full weeks since I submitted a claim with this insurance. I do not get any feedback, no call backs, no requesting information, nothing. I keep following them up everyday and I get the same “we are working on it” feedback. My car is not even that bad, but I am completely frustrated with their service. It’s FRUSTRATING.
